Jennifer Botica

Jenny Botica (PhD, RPCA, RPA, CAHP) is Principal, Archaeology and Heritage Resources at Two Worlds Consulting. She provides senior technical and strategic leadership in archaeology and heritage management, guiding multidisciplinary teams on complex projects that support Indigenous-led stewardship, regulatory compliance, and reconciliation-focused policy innovation. With more than two decades of experience, Jenny has directed large-scale archaeological assessments, repatriation initiatives, and land-based training programs across BC and internationally. Her expertise spans cultural heritage governance, permitting, impact assessment, and policy development, integrating technical precision with community values. An experienced public speaker and educator, Jenny shares her knowledge widely to advance best practices in heritage stewardship. Before joining TWC, she served as a principal archaeologist, educator, and policy advisor recognized for promoting ethical, evidence-based, and collaborative approaches to archaeology and heritage management.
